Contact Rexz Bot

There is one way to contact Rexz Bot and this page explains it. Corrections to our Plain-language help with chatbots, automation, and AI assistants coverage, questions, and commercial proposals all go to the same place, and below is how to write so that yours gets answered quickly.

The address

info@rexzbot.xyz

Everything arrives in the same inbox and is read by somebody whose name appears on the articles.

What helps us answer

The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

• Open with the ask. A single line on what you want, before any history.
• Link the page if the message concerns something we published, and quote the line that prompted it.
• For anything broken, name the browser and the device, and attach a screenshot where one exists.

Beyond what we can do

There is a line between publishing about Plain-language help with chatbots, automation, and AI assistants and advising you personally, and we stay on the publishing side of it. That rules out account problems, disputes with third parties, and anything that depends on facts only you can see. See the legal notice.

If we got it wrong

Found a mistake? Name the page and the exact wording, and tell us what the truth is. Blunt is fine. How we log and mark a fix is written up in the editorial policy.

Who is on the other end

The person who replies is one of the named writers, not a support agent reading from a script. That is slower at busy times and better every other way.

Press and partnerships

Write to the same address. We answer commercial enquiries slowly and decline most of them, which is worth knowing before you spend time on a proposal.

Turnaround

Expect a reply inside a couple of working days for most things. Anything that needs verifying first runs slower, on the principle that a late answer beats a confident wrong one.
